2. The jewelry must be returned in original packaging, including any boxes, pouches, certificates, and tags. It must be in its most pristine condition. This means it must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at with your order number, contact, and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number.
2. Prepare Your Return: Safely package the jewelry in its original packaging and include the return authorization number provided by our customer service team.
3. Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
